Planned and executed the full design lifecycle: design strategy, research, experience architecture, interface design, design system development, documentation, and team training.
Drove a +40% increase in new client adoption within 6 months, a 57.6% YoY client growth, and enabled a 60% average price increase across all products without impacting churn—contributing to 56% average annual revenue growth.
